WHAT IS FIFA PLAYERS’ STATUS COMMITTEE (PSC) AND FIFA DISPUTE RESOLUTION CHAMBER (DRC): PSC and DRC are FIFA resolution bodies, which act in accordance with FIFA Statutes and FIFA Regulations on the Status and Transfer of Players. They are competent to hear disputes between clubs, players and coaches, including disputes in relation to the maintenance of contractual stability, employment-related disputes, disputes relating to training compensation and the solidarity mechanism. Decisions of the PSC and DRC may be appealed before the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS), the main arbitration institution for sport in the world.

We may lead your case before the FIFA Players’ Status Comittee (PSC), FIFA Dispute Resolution Chamber (DRC) and the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS).

We represent players, coaches, clubs and intermediaries in the following disputes:

• where your contract is breached or terminated without just cause;
• where you terminated your contract with just cause and/or you are entitled to the compensation;
• where training compensation or solidarity contribution is not paid;

IN DISCIPLINARY RELATED MATTERS: we will assist, consult and represent you in the disciplinary proceedings before FIFA, UEFA, the Court Arbitration for Sports (CAS).

IN ANTI-DOPING RELATED MATTERS: we will assist, consult and represent you in your doping case before FIFA, UEFA, the Court Arbitration for Sports (CAS) or anti-doping agency.
