We support players, coaches, agents and clubs with contracts, transfers and disputes. Our work includes representation before the FIFA Football Tribunal, with the appropriate chamber determined by the parties, the agreement and the applicable rules.
The FIFA Football Tribunal
- Dispute Resolution ChamberInternational employment disputes between players and clubs, including unpaid remuneration and contract termination, as well as claims relating to training compensation and solidarity contributions.
- Players’ Status ChamberInternational employment disputes involving coaches and clubs or associations; disputes between clubs, including transfer-related claims; and regulatory applications concerning registration, eligibility and the international transfer of minors.
- Agents ChamberDisputes arising from representation agreements with an international dimension, including service fees and contractual obligations, where the chamber has jurisdiction.
We also advise on employment, transfer, loan and representation agreements, assist with settlement negotiations and pursue eligible appeals before the Court of Arbitration for Sport.
A clear approach to your matter
The FIFA Football Tribunal comprises the Dispute Resolution Chamber, the Players’ Status Chamber and the Agents Chamber. The correct forum depends on the parties, the nature of the dispute, the agreement and the applicable rules. We assess jurisdiction and the available route before a claim or appeal is filed.
We start by identifying the parties, reviewing the relevant contracts or decisions and clarifying the outcome sought. From there, we assess the available options, evidence and deadlines, and agree the scope of advice or representation. Where a matter involves national-law issues, local counsel may be involved when needed.
FIFA disputes and claims
For unpaid remuneration, disputed termination, transfer-related payments or an eligible agent claim, we assess the relevant chamber, jurisdiction and evidence before preparing the case.
Discuss your matter
For an initial review, tell us who is involved, what happened, what you want to achieve and whether there is a deadline. Provide only the information needed to understand the matter; extensive confidential or sensitive files can be discussed after an initial assessment and conflict check.
Submitting an enquiry does not establish a lawyer-client relationship. We confirm any engagement and its terms separately.
